The Heart of My Practice
Kathy Harlow
Kathy Harlow, LMT, ERBT Practitioner, Life Coach, and Trauma Recovery Certified, Adoption Competent Caregiver, brings over 20 years of experience to her practice. Recognizing the link between physical pain and emotional origins, she developed Emotional Release and Balancing Technique (ERBT), integrating massage and energy work with a trauma-informed approach.
About Emotional Release and Balancing Technique (ERBT)
ERBT is an energetic treatment designed to bring unconscious emotions, behaviors, and limiting beliefs into awareness for release. Using magnet therapy and affirmations, ERBT addresses physical pain, reduces stress, and fosters inner peace. It helps identify the origins of destructive patterns and replaces them with empowering beliefs, promoting purpose, success, joy, and love.
ERBT effectively addresses trauma from any life stage, including childhood. Trauma triggers a fight, flight, fawn, or freeze response, disconnecting the brain and body, leading to dysfunction such as pain, emotional dysregulation, and relationship difficulties. ERBT helps to identify and change limiting beliefs formed during these traumatic experiences, facilitating healing and transformation.
If you're ready to take ownership of your well-being and release self-sabotaging patterns, ERBT can help you achieve lasting peace and improved relationships.
